Eddie Schultz USMC Vietnam Veteran 68-69 Waukesha County Detachment #335 Marine Corps League "I avoided the draft, me and a buddy decided to enlist because we were going to end up going anyways."

Fighting leukemia brought on by exposure to agent orange was a second struggle that Kent Draper had to endure after Vietnam. I remember the conversation I had with Kent, he was telling me about his experience he had in Vietnam and in college. I could tell he was exhausted from his treatment but still had a large smile on his face as if he was going to own the last moments he had in life. Two weeks later he passed away.
